FP is an acronym for "Future Potential" -- an original visionary motif and belief in our youth and community. Since its inception, FP YouthOutCry has successfully assisted over 10,000 enrolled participants in our programs, services and events. Our programs are open to people of all ages, but the majority of our consumers are concentrated in the age range of 9 to 26. Our primary mission is: "To increase opportunities for success by providing programs, services and events to underserved youth and their families through experiences that "Entertain, Educate and Empower!"
City Wide Annual FP Healthy Olympics
FP YOUTHOUTCRY developed Healthy Olympic events to encourage physical fitness, the use of Newark, NJ parks and grounds and provide a day of fun for everyone in the participating communities bringing us together with healthy competition. Being safe and healthy is one of FP YOUTHOUTCRY's priorities. Healthy Olympics events also promote the benefits of having an active lifestyle and healthy nutrition while combating the issue of childhood obesity. It is our desire that these events will inspire a more collaborative spirit between the communities within the five wards; between parents and children; neighbors and neighborhoods; communities and their respective city officials, council representatives and finally with you -- our community partners and greatest assets.
